Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?  Processing time can vary as many items are made to order.  We aim to ship out orders 2-5 business days after your order is placed.  Please see the item description for more accurate processing times.

How long does shipping take?  Shipping times are in addition to processing times.

CANADA:  Orders ship from Alberta and delivery standard* is 2-8 business days. 

• Decals & stickers ship via Canada Post Lettermail and do not include tracking. Please upgrade your shipping method if you require tracking. 
• Apparel, mugs & everything else ship via Canada Post Expedited parcel and include tracking & insurance.
• Local pick up in Okotoks, AB is available.  Please choose this option at checkout and we will contact you via email to arrange a pick-up time.

USA: Orders to the US ship from Alberta, Canada via a courier service that partners with USPS with delivery standard* of 3-7 business days.

• Decals & stickers ship via USPS First Class Lettermail and do not include tracking. Please upgrade your shipping method if you require tracking. 
• Apparel, mugs & everything else ship via USPS Ground Advantage and include tracking & insurance.

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.  If your order includes tracking, the tracking number will be included in this email.  In certain circumstances, it make take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
